his voice sounds great. whether its modified or not to be that way... whatever, it sounds great.

the lyrics are good for a Christian Pop song. I hesitate to even call it Christian rock.
I think what I dislike most is the absolutely boring drums. I don't know anything about music, I just know what I like. bit these drums sound like that switch on a keyboard you can turn on to give you a backbeat.

he should not record his own backup vocals. I don't like it when anyone besides Enya or Sarah Mclachlan does that.

and he's got to stop putting his face on stuff.

but its definitely catchy. if he can get radio stations to play it, it should become popular.

I'm pretty sure this ep will sound exactly like Alive, besides they remixes.

Jesus someone on facebook actually singled out the line "like a shooting star burning in the night" as a special line ... I don't think I've read a more cliche lyric from Ed, he's almost a parody of himself, that's the sort of shit I was putting in my Solar Flare lyrical prediction. It's neither amazing nor unique nor powerful, it's just fucking lazy song writing and people are eating this shit up.

was just about to say i dont mind Rise, sounds like the edgier stuff on Alive, but then i listened to photograph again and realised that there is a big difference between ok, and great!

It's sort of like a world class chef that used to serve up great meals but he had an accident with brain trauma and now only serves up microwaved meals yet he insists they're just as good and a whole bunch of people seem to like them but they're still shitty microwaved meals, like them all you want - they're crap.

It's catchy enough in an American Idol kind of way. Not too dissimilar to Grace, but it still lacks depth, is too formulaic and in this case the lyrics seem inappropriate give that it looks like he did do wrong.

What happened to the man's depth. It's like he doesn't even try.
