Ed was billed at the former lead singer of LIVE in York, and guess what? The house still filled up nicely.

THey were told to change the billing, it was orginally billed as Ed of Live. Do we have to restate history?

Yeah but he gave no shout outs to York....his FB picture made no mention of his hometown or anything....he hates the place.....if he gave 2 shits he would have given a shout out. He got a karmaburger anyway

And that is EXACTLY my point!! That is how he should be billed if he plans on using the name Live, then I think that that is factually correct. The only thing he IS is the former singer, or founding member which I believe that was also corrected from how the York show was originally billed.

If he has no issue with being billed as the former lead singer of Live, or an original founding member of Live as he was for the York show, then let him continue to be billed in that manner. But he doesn't.. he wants to use semantics and silly things like "What is your definition of is?" so that he can be closely tied to the band that he left, and wants to move on from.

As for the house filling up nicely, I'm glad for him, if that is a result of correct marketing then he should stick to it! But he won't of course....

What a joke, seriously.. that statement might have been true in the past, but it's certainly not true today, and it's certainly not going to be fucking true in February. And I do think you mean 2013 no?

What a JOKE this has all become. At least they got one thing right, all of those hits were supported by a fine cast of musicians. The same musicians that he refers to as "those individuals". Really? This is what it's come down to? I guess it's worth noting that no songs from the solo career were listed in the marketing verbage when it comes to all the hits.

Fairfield CT show promo finally fixed!

Well, looks like they finally fixed it! It now says Ed formerly of Live and they got rid of the statement that says Live has disbanded. Amazing what contacting the venue will do - because if they weren't made aware of it by people who want to fix Ed's scummy marketing practices, they'd never have known. It's not like Ed would contact them to let them know that he's no longer the lead singer and no longer a member in the band Live. And I doubt Ed would call them to let them know that the band clearly has not disbanded.

Good to see that this problem is now resolved.

I wonder how many unsuspecting Live fans are aware that this false portrayal is not an accurate picture of the band's current lineup. Ed hasn't been in Live for a few years now, you certainly wouldn't know it from this image.
