But honestly, let's get back to the topic at hand. Ed and his continued deception and purposely misleading fans with his marketing practices... you actually support this type of behavior? Do you acknowledge the guy is no longer in the band? And he shouldn't promote himself as being in it. That is the heart of the issue. What an ass thing to do!

I don't think it's really so much ED promoting himself in this way....it's a lot of the venues because they have no clue whats up with the band.
I know when i called the nh venue the other day for my ticket they did not even know Ed was no longer a part of Live. Also, i have noticed a few people here and there as well have no clue ed left. I told some friends i was going to see him solo and they were like "why is he solo"? lol. They need to say FORMER singer of Live. When they book the shows they should tell them this. Just my 2 cents.

Also, i can bet you 50 bucks that there will be tons of people that will go to the NEW LIVE shows when they go out and they will be looking for ED because they are clueless.. LOL

The ill will extends both ways. The only people who are going to make money from this latest lawsuit are the guys lawyers.

Since you haven't figured it out, it does matter to him. Enough so that he's willing to waste his time and money on something that supposedly doesn't matter to him. No one in their right mind says bring on the lawsuit if what they are at odds about doesn't matter to them. They figure out a way to work things out, which is what CT was trying to do.
