I was initially annoyed that the CD kept getting pushed, but now I think that maybe it was a good thing...timing and all. And all this anticipation for the new CD is going to make it all the more exciting when we do Finally get it!!! Since they performed on AI how many more people are probably going to go out and buy this albumn now?! I think it was a good marketing tool to get them in the public eye again...200+ million people saw that performance!! Sweet! Ya know, for YEARS now Live has not gotten the credit they deserve nor have they been appreciated for their AMAZING talent. So, I really hope that this new record label does great things for Live!! This is my favorite band since like 1994, and I still love them, now and forever!!!!!! and ever, and ever, and ever, and ever, and ever, and ever, and ever, and ever, and ever, and ever....anyways, you get the idea! rockin.gif

I still think Epic messed up. The album should be in stores now. Mystery should have been released to radio on May 9th in conjunction with the album. The album would have sold between 30-40 thousand copies the first week alone. It would have sold around 20 thousand copies the second week. The third week would have seen a huge jump for album and single airplay with the American Idol performance.

While the album is doing well on Itunes, that doesn't mean it will translate to Billboard. It already is dropping places on Amazon.com. I feel Epic is a ridiculously bad label. I just hope the album has a solid debut on June 6th. It depends on Mystery picking up on the airwaves and what type of promotion Epic throws together between now and then.

I find it sad that Taylor Hicks' new song has 324 new spins this week, and Live has only been added to 1 radio station. no.gif I agree, Epic messed up.

Live's song starts going for adds this week. LA added the song a week early. Taylor Hicks new song is atrocious though.
