He is as pigheaded as they come. Whether he believes he is right or wrong, out of respect for the legal process you would think that he lays off until it's sorted out legally. Law unto himself obviously. I don't think any judge is going to take kindly to that attitude.

Wonder who gave him legal advice to sign away his rights to his music in the first place? Wonder if he's thinking karma's back to bite his arse.

He will be forced into early retirement when the judge decides he can't use the Live brand name anymore. Ed had his time early in his Live years but it is time he is finally put to a stop.

Not only he uses Live's name when he is out of the band, but he uses it in present tense, like he is still a member.

I agree that the Live webpage brought some confusion during the period 2009-2010 and even 2011 by promoting Ed's stuff and not replacing him. But HEY ED, you are just OUT! If it is the only way to gather people at your show, then screw you! Wish you give all the money you owe to the guys. They earned it and deserved every penny of it.

It is really embarrassing to listen to all Live's stuff with Ed nowadays because of the way he is ruining this all.

The way this is written makes you think he is still a part of Live not to mention the header reads " Ed Kowalczyk of Live"

It's as though Ed wants it this way and that is why he's getting the papers handed to him all the time. If he started demonstrating some wording changes here, things might soften, but you can't put the toothpaste back into the tube. He wants it both ways, and he wants to thwart Live's continuance without him. This is not my opinion, these are the facts.

I'm pretty sure Ed, his managers, and lawyers know this lawsuit is total bs. When Ed was sued over selling songs on his website, that was legit and he immediately stopped. This billing issue is totally bogus(and certainly not worth 2 million dollars), and Ed isn't going to give into their nonsense.

Once new LIVE starts touring, I would expect a billing change, not before.
