You all know what? I really love Chad Taylor and I really hope that I will remain as soulful at his age as he is. I can not say he is my hero or superhero, but he definitely is one of my teachers. I do not support him in EVERYTHING he says, but then, why should I?

I lost my best friend in life as he betrayed me. I was getting divorsed after 10 years of relationships, which I struggled through and he decided not to support me, but to go to my ex place and spend time with that family. HE called and saw me twice after that. I only said that if you called me your best friend, why would you go to the place here everyone hates me and have a good time?

No money involved, but feelings. But it is even priceless. SO I really do get what Chad feels when the one you adore suddenly gives it a spin and does stab you in the back> And it is ONLY THEN that you understand that there WERE things in the past that were destined to slowly fucking kill you and betrayals became daily rituals while you tried to see it is a timely strange stuff that happens in everyone's lifes. But then the final stab comes.

And the other one keeps a smile, hiding the truth.

You must be utterly void of human emotion, raised by a politician, no wonder. I would guess that when you are stabbed in the back and heart broken by your best friend that you probably are all over the place and have some very conflicting emotions. Try and think of your best friend (if you have one) and imagine that everything up to say the past 2 years was totally genuine between you, that you shared some amazing times and experiences, then imagine them stabbing you in the back over something like money (whether you believe Ed did it or not, try to imagine this is the case for you). You'd be heart broken, you'd hate their guys for hurting you so bad, you love them for all the good times you shared which was genuine before they turned rotten, maybe there were glimpses of you being able to patch things up but they kept breaking down... Believe it or not human emotion is a pretty fucking powerful and complex thing and you seem to have absolutely no comprehension of it what so ever, so don't even try and say how CT should feel or what he should do because you clearly are incapable of having such emotions yourself. Maybe he is all over the place but maybe because that's what real people do and feel when they are not trying to market themselves like a public relations press release brand bullshit fuck shit ah forget it.

You are NEVER going to convince us you're right, we are NEVER going to convince you we're right.. What's the point, give up, it's like an athiest going onto a Christian forum trying to convert them all with endless arguments. We know your point of view, you made it clear, no one reads what CT says an thinks "hmm I wonder what Nick's point of view on this is?" So just quit it man.

I have had falling out with friends over the years, and I never took our problems to twitter and FB. Chad Taylor wants attention and wants to look the victim. It really is as simple as that.

Friends and family issues should remain private. No need to add dirty laundry as adults.

Awesome, but you're not Chad Taylor, it's his life, he can do as he wishes, everyone handles things differently.
I don't go around doing that on facebook either. But if someone really seriously wronged me in my life and tried to do it on the down low so that they could get away with it, then you're damn sure i'd want to expose their ass so all those that think they're such a lovely person can see what a shit they really are. Maybe it's a bit vindictive, but it's the less of 2 evils and deserved.
I guess if someone wronged you and a lot of people thought you were the bad party and the wrong doer was a wonderful person, you'd probably feel pretty pissed and want to get the truth out there and not let them get away with it. It's human nature man and we know CT is a passionate heart on his sleeve guy, he always has been, it's his greatest strength and his biggest weakness, it's who he is.

Just get the fuck over it and go listen to Alive and be happy.

I keep the focus on the music now...yesterday's clips made me forget all these arguing, even if sometimes it's tempting to answer. Yes, we'll know probably more one day, but things get clearer. CCCP will not disappoint us!

Chad Taylor - I saw a comment above about Ed using Live as it relates to his pride in the band and his history with us. This isn't a relative point in the eyes of the government and a federally protected trademark. If Ed were the former employee or owner of Apple and left for IBM, the later would have no legal right to use the mark. The key word as I understand things is mark. Ed might as well trade under the brand Starbucks; he does sell coffee right? I simply don't want fans thinking that its a LIVE associated concert/product when's its not. The same would be true for Starbucks. The names, images, likeness and copyrights of Live are federally protected properties, all of which have been attached to third party contractual obligations at some point in time. Our administrators, advisors and legal team are literally experts in these areas and MUST follow the guidance of the law and contractual obligations to protect this mark. Chad Taylor - When I took a jab at those lyrics, I'll be the first to admit that the comments were out of place. At one time I waited like every great Live fan to see what new twist or turn the lyrics would take. I've never said I wasn't a fan but all artists have their funny moments. In fact, great artists are BRAVE enough to stand naked in from of the classroom and be judges. They are actually willing to go so far that they might actually suck (this is an old rant of mine. Sorry for those who've seen it before). At some point the music when from the bombast of White Discussion to safe mainstream pop. I'm personally not a fan of the later. Remember I'm only 25% of the vote/process. Doesn't mean I'm going to always have it my way. In a good band you truly take the good with the bad. So sometimes you've got to let your guys get their shit out even if you don't like it. I supported my guys 100%; even if I didn't always like it. That's a brotherhood in my mind - CT
