Maybe he learned more about actions taken by Ed or Levin in the discovery phase of the lawsuit. I sure hope he ain't talk'in about Chris Shinn. The confusing thing is that he refers to the person as a "prick" and a bitch. The first seems to refer to a guy and the second to a woman. Hope it isn't Lisa he is referring to.

my assumption was there was a development in court. maybe a countersuit or something lame. but I'm too lazy/tired/busy to find the thread with the website where I could look up the court documents...

I'm certain new stuff has been found out with the lawsuit crap that revealed even more betrayals or maybe just uncovering more layers of the betrayals they already know about.

They've probably put all of that stuff out of their minds and have let the lawyers do their jobs so they haven't had to constantly be thinking about it so maybe some of it is like reopening the wound and having that feeling of betrayal be fresh again.
