For future reference... If you want to convert a HTML page into a PDF you can use a free application called CutePDF where you can "print" a webpage and it will automatically create a PDF file that you can include in a torrent. That will get around the issues with attaching .html, css, jpg etc. file to a torrent.

Yeah, listening to this show with headphones certainly is an improvement over watching it on DVD through a TV. You can really hear Chad's background vocals and Pat's bass.

I really liked this quote from the review site that was linked by thatsme.
