In a movie that no on saw, real estate in the ghetto of pa, a label that has no bands signed to it, and an expensive recording studio for themselves?

funny, because all of those you mentioned are more sound investments compared to what EK has going. since that's the case, he's really fucked.

EK's been marketing himself illegally that entire time. Let's see how well he does when he's marketing himself as "Ed Kowalczyk". The best part is that EK needs to keep touring to survive and take care of his family. CCP could walk away from music now and they'd be just fine, they were actually intelligent enough to invest their money wisely.

Let the courts decide that one. Whatever the decision, I bet it takes years and years.

Surprised of the move to Conn. Expensive to live there too with a family of 5. Gas is 4 bucks all the time and more. taxes almost as bad as NJ.

C&C&P don't need the music to survive. But they are muscians by trade and they will always have a crowd, either it be LIVE, TGF or some other collaboration with other musicians. TGF was more than a branching out. It was a successful experiment in seeing how C&C&P w/o Ed would be received. SxSW also showed it's not about 1 person. We can go at this for 100,000 years Nick!! So you have the stamina? No cheating now!!

The courts will decide the monetary issues, but I'm sure by now he's received a nice cease and desist order. That's enough to knock him down.

I don't think it will take years and years. See, Ed by moving to Conn, has an easier ride to NYC for court dates!! guitar.gif

I find it hard to believe that you are an adult and not some 12 year old that found Daddy's laptop unlocked. I can see how Ed's Kids Bopz tunes resonate so strongly with you. You're alright kid - now its past your bedtime. Night night.

No wonder you teach gym, youre quite stupid on other matters.

I'll just say this, the recording studio is for Live, QE and other artists. The RE is for other businesses to rent space and to run theirs!!

You look as silly as a fool.

That's what I was thinking. But aren't most of the casinos on the other side of the country?

Yep lots have popped up

8 in PA, 2 or 3 in CT, MA is getting some too. NYS has a few i think. More and more everywhere, this country is gone to hell. Not including whats still running on the NJ shore.
