That song is not bad. It is poppy. And I couldn't really hear the lyrics - so when I do, they might completely ruin it for me. But based on that listen, I would say that is one of the highlights of what he has done since leaving Live. It is like a cross between the sentiment in Wings and the energy in Grace.

I still won't be buying another Ed album or concert ticket though.

I actually think Ed's band does a good job, and have improved quite a bit. They do miss Adam as a their guitarist, but as a four man band they sound pretty damn good.

LIVE 2.0 is a six piece(complete with a DJ to try to mask Shinn's shortcomings). It would be interesting to see CCCP alone as a four man band.

You keep saying that the DJ is there to mask Chris Shinn's shortcomings. Yet you have never even seen them perform with Shinn. I have. I could not even hear what the DJ was doing. Shinn had no shortcomings, other than forgetting the lines to some songs. Apart from that, it was one of the most powerful and satisfying concert experience I have had in my life.

Absolutely that's what Railo did, because Ed couldn't sing and also mimic the sound of a piano at the same time he needed Railo there to play keyboards for him when they performed Overcome. Of course in studio Ed sang the lyrics and then created the piano effects vocally in a seperate take and put them together, he's also been contracted for the new Police Academy movie to do sound effects.

I'm pretty sure Live w/ Ed used DAT tapes to help their sound during shows. Impossible to recreate every sound on the album during a concert.
