Since some of his shirts say Live on them or are direct copies of Live shirts, I wonder if he'll have to stop selling those shirts.

Yes, I believe that is what is spelled out in the case. LIVE marks included any merchandising, items 36-38

Am I being overly critical here or not? How does he turn around something like this to be about him?

He probably didn't mean it in the way you're taking it, but in light of recent/not-so-recent events it's hard not to take it that way. "Thank God this crap didn't stop me from doing my thing and earnin' my bling..."

Good musicians cancel their shows if they feel that it is worth it. SO he thought it was not worth it.

So.. 99% of mentions of CCP on his FB get deleted, he refers to them as "those individuals", and that he has no plans to ever work with them again, he takes extremely passive aggressive shots at them via his own musicians (if you got something to say, say it)... But now he hopes they can work together again "maybe someday"? What drugs is this guy on and can I have some?
