It's a buddy of mine back in CT and his wife after the show. First, notice how close Ed is to his wife and is groping her. Second, see the last comment. I believe that sentiment persists amongst 99% of music listeners today. They have NO clue who Ed is and now that he cannot attach himself to the Live brand, he's DOOMED!


Judging from last night's show, Ed still has plenty of fans. It was an amazing atmosphere last night, and from the beginning he was billed as only Ed Kowalczyk. There was no connection to LIVE for the Mohegan Sun show.

You had to click on the website on the link for a synopsis of Ed's career. At the Mohegan Sun, he was only listed as Ed Kowalczyk on all promotional material.

Venues can still explain that Ed was the lead singer of LIVE. You can't change history by filing petty lawsuits.

Just going to Ed's site and clicking on upcoming tour dates has him listed at nearly every venue as "Live's Ed Kowalczyk". It's pathetic and it's obvious why the lawsuit was filed. Maybe someday he'll write songs good enough so he won't have to ride Live's coat tails.
