I wonder if Nick co-authored that. Read between the lines and you'll see a not-so-veiled dig at a certain other drummer that he's not such great friends with any longer.

Don't be a troll, provide the links and evidence. Perhaps Ed's countersuing? If he is, perhaps he's upset the other suit is moving forward.

I did not say Ed was suing CCP. I said CCP sued in federal court in NY. Stop shaking you retard. I did research and found a potential court, and offered the link to PACER. Anyone who wants to pay a few dollars to see if the complaint is hosted in PACER, please do, as it is the electronic filing system for NY federal court.

Is it a trademark violation for Ed to advertise "Ed Kowalczyk of Live?"

I'm pretty sure this complaint will get settled out of court.

I wonder if Ed has filed an answer.

In any case, the lawsuit is some good cheap press for the new Live and maybe even for Ed.

It's ridiculous that Ed thumbs his nose at CG's talent and is pure spite. Even with the problems CCP has had with Ed they've never denied his talent that helped drive the band. CG isn't just the best drummer Ed has been involved with he's a damn good drummer in the grand scheme of music in general. He's unique, he has a drumming signature sound, he has incredible power. No disrespect to CT who is great, but in PD and CG I believe Live had one of the best rhythm section goin around in music I think, you'd put them up there against the best when they're on song. And Ed wants to talk about how good this kid is? In the immortal words of Dolan - "Ed pls".
