I wonder if Nick co-authored that. Read between the lines and you'll see a not-so-veiled dig at a certain other drummer that he's not such great friends with any longer.

I wouldn't smile either if someone I was friends with almost since birth screwed me over the way he screwed CG over.

Pollstar saying that they were *asked* to bill Ed as "of Live" is super interesting. It's pretty damning to Ed.

Not if there were asked to do it over the last two years when LIVE was on hiatus, and Ed was still pictured on Friendsoflive and still mentioned on the homespun mailing list. Also, requests by whom? They didn't say Ed's management in the statement.

As I said, the lawsuit is petty,and I don't see them getting anything but a billing change.

Ed has clearly done the wrong thing - even if you only look at the last 6 months.

Most of the billing started when ccp announced a new +LIVE+. Ed obviously thought he would take whatever he could get while he still could.

I don't feel sorry for Ed whatsoever - he deserves everything coming to him.
