Ed sued for trademark infringement Options

If it is found that he used the Live trademark without authorization there will be repercussions. End of story.

I would think ed's defense would be these several examples to show he's the brand man.

1) Live GH Video disc, his interview solo (him speaking as I most of the time)
2) Most of the latter photo's greying out CC&P with Ed in color.
3) Him doing most of the radio spots solo for several years.

all of this was orchestrated by him and Levin to promote Ed over the band.

But the articles of incorporation should say otherwise.

It's clear that he has been using it. Was he authorized to do so? It sure doesn't look like it the way it is set up.

I know news is breaking about the Trademark. Too many people are talking about what matters the least. I personally haven't focused on the legal drama surrounding LIVE. If anything, it pales in comparison to the personal nature and disappointment of losing a childhood friend. We tried to reconnect but it's clear to me that our relationship, musical or otherwise, has ended. Ed left the band and were moving forward. I'll let our legal team sort through the rest. I'm proud of the incredible progress we've made with Chris Shinn but I'm equally proud of the shared history we had with Ed, and of course, our fans. No court system can fully understand the power of our music or how hard we worked to create it. This is probably the most poetic thing I have heard Chad say. It's not vague, it's adult, and it's perfectly contemplated. I'm glad he posted it.
