It means 6 foot 4 inches, which is what you would be. Although only 1cm off 6 foot 5 inches. It's weird I prefer the metric system is every single way except I like the measurement of someone's height in feet and inches better, don't know why.

I was the shortest in my immediate family and didn't my siblings love teasing me about that fact...bastards.
