Nothing as of yesterday.... CG's response to the LIVE facebook info on the SS demos (to some ungracious fan) shows where he's at in response to Ed's reply to the suit.

Ed's camp has denied everything and went so far to proclaim he was Live and all the $$ is deserved for changing the arragements...........

I think TGF's record will disprove this quite quickly.

good luck with what? The case is not inactive anymore and appears to be moving into the courtroom with a judge assigned. I wonder what has happened recently hmmmm.......

In part of the first suilt filed in late 2009, both parties have been asked to appear and give deposition to the Judge in Sept and into the fall. Appears to be attorneys to move the case to closure.
