At the risk of opening up a barrage of attacks here.. but all this vitriol back and forth has me thinking. Are CC&P as angry and full of disdain as some of the posters on this board? They seem pretty chill to me, but I dont know them personally. Curious.

I'm going to try to limit the petty fighting. It is getting a bit ridiculous, and it is two-sided.

at least videotape the show and contribute to the board, it's the only 2% you add other than the slam campaign you've been on for several years now.

You best take a bitter pill and go away.

Why would you want to see the show? I'm looking forward to it, it should be a good time.

No, just go away. WWE is looking for investors and social media shit stirrers. I know this is what you were put on the earth to do. You've been a bane on all Live message boards for a lot of years. You like to take the position / champion something like a zionist w/o knowing real facts. Then when something irritates you, you turn heel and become a pest. This is what you do. You're here to be a pain in the ass. I don't care how it drives traffic. You love your little spin cycle. Your vitriol has driven a lot of people away, even the band.....because of YOU.

Go into TV or someother hollywood fantasyland becasue that is all you know.

CCP will do their part to damage the legacy. New lead singers typically are viewed as a joke and a money grab to the masses.

Luckily at the end of the day, LIVE will be remembered mainly for Throwing Copper, and it is still one of the best albums ever. The songs still sound awesome and resonate today.

There are lots of reasons why he has so many rep! he really deserves them. I just totally don't understand why you have some much rep when everyone hates you.

Phew! LUCKILY! Yeah it's lucky they're viewed by the masses as a one his wonder band!
And really that's what the most important thing is isn't it, what the masses think! I could be sitting there really getting into the new album but then remember the masses might not like it and suddenly I might stop liking it!!

Seriously, no one here gives a fuck what the masses think, there seem to be enough people excited about Live even on their facebook to make it something fun for a lot of us to enjoy, what's wrong with that? At least CCP aren't touring with watered down bastardised versions of the songs catered towards easy listening radio. You say TC resonates the same today and still sounds as awesome, yet Ed tours with the material with every ounce of testosterone removed from it, he has castrated every version of a TC song that he does and turned them into something you would hear on American Idol.
Honestly, when I think of Ed now and the sort of people he's catering towards, I can't help but think of the good old Kevin Nash fan club: http://www.kevinnash.net/images2004/fanclubdinner/

I think the original integrity of the songs will be retained with Chris. Now this is exactly the thing I mentioned. You can't come back with a valid point, you only see it through Ed's eyes.

The changing of the Live hits as he's done now for the past several years is getting beyond silly.

They don't sound awesome today with Ed's signature falsetto nonsense on them. He should only do them acoustic.

If Live were into a money grab, Ed would have been back to continue the original 4. Please stop grasping at what you don't know about. Do we have to prove it all over again?

They asked him and Ed said no(or didn't want to meet regarding the subject). Chad Taylor and yourself have said so numerous times.
