funny you should mention this Jayda, near my home there was a news story of some man stealing womens bras and panties from a clothesline.....they found him wearing the stuff when he was arrested. I think not having them in the US in more dense neighborhoods is because of all the creeps out there.

I think laziness may play a part too Jayda as to why more Americans don't hang out clothes. Easier to throw them in the dryer.
I don't hang out because of the reasons Aitkens gave and also because I hate, hate, hate what they smell like when dried outside.

I grew up hanging laundry through the year except when its below freezing outside. I hang most stuff bit I live in a Fucktard people who think they're rich neighborhood where its not allowed. but I'm a maniac and a rebel. so I hang it.
