Here is Ed messing up White, Discussion in 2006.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9qQWtjTifFA

This used to be one of my favorite all time songs to see in concert. Especially on the SS tour when this often turned into a 10+ minute rendition of the song and all I had to worry about was Ed running around with a boa.

Now after watching this we get from Ed...
- Messed up Lyrics
- Shirt Removal
- Pelvic thrusting
- Plexiglass

The only thing that could have made this worse was the addition of whistling in the middle of the song.

+LIVE+ recently debuted Shinn at a sold-out concert in York, PA. The controversial addition of Shinn was met with outstanding reviews by both critics and fans.

Sold out?! It was an invite only show that never went on sale to the public. What critics outside of the York newspaper in their back pocket ever even mentioned the show or LIVE 2.0? Pretty funny.

If you would like to see something even more funny go look in the mirror, ass clown. Look there has been a spotting of you and your Ed blow up doll.....

He wanted to release a solo album and was still working on LIVE material. The solo album wasn't a popular decision with CCP, and he was removed from the band. Ever notice how "secret contracts" that were signed in 2006, only came out after the announcement of Ed releasing a solo album in 2009.

CCP act like angels, but they are as much blame to LIVE's demise as Ed.

You can argue back and forth who is responsible for the demise and break up of the band and maybe we will never know the entire true story but from what I do know I think it was primarily on Ed but we will never agree.

There is one thing that I do know for damn sure and that is that Ed was definitely directly responsible for the slide in the quality of music the band put out on the latter albums.

This thread is complete validation that, according to Nick, Ed has no faults and has never done anything wrong.

Not only can you not convince Nick of ANYTHING, you won't be able to get him to even budge.

Hopefully we get some updates soon from Live.

Ed's music is bad and he should feel bad.

Not true. I think all four are at fault to a point regarding the break up of LIVE. I've said that from day one.

The only fault CC&P are guikty of is not opening their mouths earlier and letting the music slide off the cliff, all in appeasement of Ed. The took their hands off a bit and for the good of their relationship it backfired. A break in 2003 to scratch the itch should have been explored. With that.........

If they let their careers get taken in a direction that they weren't comfortable with just to appease Ed, it shows that what Kevin Martin said about them is true. They are lazy! They didn't want to break after Heaven, because they wanted to ride the gravy train a little more with Ed doing 75 percent of the work. Poor them.

You simply do not know what you are talking about. They toiled with what to do regarding Live and Ed's growing ego and influence on the music for longer than you know. Rather than just abandon ship they continued to work with Ed out of reverence for everything they had done together. It's clear that by SFBM and after that it had reached a point that they were not comfortable with. I'm not sure going into SFBM that they expected things to go as they did. At any rate, it's likely they still would have worked with him if he agreed to collaborate as a band and if that collaboration was productive. However, Ed decided he didn't want to be part of that so it is all mute anyway.

They stayed with LIVE because it was the easy thing to do. Let Ed do most of the work and they collect the pay check. If by SFBM they were no longer comfortable, why did they stay with Ed for 3 more years until Ed told them he planned to release a solo album? Ed was leaving them to fend for themselves, and that freaked them out(lawsuits, TGF, LIVE 2.0).

I give you an out, but you have to keep picking that scab.

If they were really lazy they wouldnt have done anything but sit back and collect the revenue. Instead, tHey sharpened their business acumens as smart individuals. Something to fall back on. The only gravy train is the one Ed is on. This has been stated before, C&C&P don't have to rely on performing to survive. You don't understand this. More hypocricy from the silverspoons boy. You most likely haven't worked a hard day in you life i am betting.
