I am very stoked to see Live moving in the right direction! Let's go boys!

Random thoughts, there's a lot of reading still to catch up on, boards are active. Been away since Strand due to work and life.

From being at The Strand and seeing the videos, how great is it to see these songs being played w/ the passion they deserve again? Back to original versions, no falsetto and cheesy dance moves. They're into it again, big time. You have to be happy for these guys, and anyone that rediscovers their love. This is their life's work and they have a reignited passion for it. You just don't see bands together since middle school. Anyone who is, knows or deals w/ musicians know and appreciate this.

After SFBM a part of me wanted it to end. It was over, it was obvious, I'm a realist. I like my Live with balls, and those are back. I was embarrassed seeing (and for) Ed's teeneie booper dance moves. I'm looking forward to seeing what the future brings, we know about the past. I wouldn't want to see Ed back, he's in a different place…and if that's where he's been striving to be his whole life, good for him, I don't concern myself with how other people live their lives, much less someone I don't know.

It's great to see from all the encounters w/ Chris Shinn that he's regarded as a great, down to earth guy. I like it, he's obviously a great personality fit and he fits the material great, while only trying to be him. The fact that the Live culture was just good people is something that I think struck a chord with all of us.

Addition of Sean can only make them stronger musically. It won't be the same lyrically because Ed wrote much of those we all know. I am fine with that, that doesn't concern me. What moves you inside at your core is the music. Gives you that whatever it may be…that head bob, that smile, that groove, the gals and their lovely moves.

Please NEVER AGIAN end with LC or DWY. When a show is over, you want that run over feeling. The mutual feeling from crowd to band that the show is over. WD was always what did that. I have varied tastes, but if anyone is a Rage Against The Machine fan, they will tell you after Freedom is the last song of their set… you're all done, everyone.

Looking forward to the next show and running into everyone again. Happy Easter and enjoy your 3 day weekend (if you got one). As usual, I'm on the move..3 states in 3 days.

Antones was mobbed and the fans certainly embraced Live!!!

Here the's first. They're going to youtube first. My location was up above in the lighting balcony. There is some darkness due to distance, minor bass distortion due to the loudness of the place. This place required good earplugs as Loud with Live was in full force!!! I had to really keep the camera still as couldn't contain my excitement!!

I'll have a review after I get the vids up.

Here's the thing. I support Chad, Chad and Pat in their musical endeavors. I like their music and I like them. If they want to reform Live with Chris, I support that. If they want to have Ed as the lead singer, I support that. But whether it be Ed's choice or theirs (or all of them) Ed is not coming back as the singer of Live. Who am I to say that I want Ed or I don't want Chris? It is their band. They aren't constituting the members of the band based on my preferences for me. If you don't like Live with Chris, then don't buy the music and don't go to the shows. Why would you? And for that matter, you don't have to post on a Live message board of Live isn't for you.

I can tell you that if I don't like Live with Chris, then I won't keep supporting them. I expect it will be good based on what I know. But frankly, if it sounds lie, Unified Theory or Chris's solo album, I won't be too eager to support them. That really didn't excite me. But unlike some people, I won't bother coming around here after I have made my mind up about it to bash them.

I agree. I understand someone being upset with how things have transpired, but saying Live shouldn't continue as Live just because you can't fathom it is a bit much. Plus, the discontent is misplaced. Ed left. Shouldn't the outrage be directed at him? He's the one who left. If you need someone to blame or somewhere to vent your frustrations, shouldn't it be with him?

Personally, saying things like that, I honestly think you're a disgrace to the human race. I find it quite a shame, and with some degree of shock, that some people are not only allowed to breathe the same air as me, but that you are actually allowed to procreate.

LIVE, for your information, ORIGINALLY formed with CC&P. There was NO ED when this band were formed originally under a different name. Those 3 men own this band and have the right to continue with Liberace or Richard fucking Simmons as their lead if they choose to do so. If I choose not to support that? I walk away.

I do not, however, choose to come back like a whiney little douche bag, clamoring for a singer to come back who fucked his best 3 friends over. I do not wish to hear more from a fucking dingleberry sniffing lead singer, who put out three disgustingly poor efforts that drove millions of Live fans from the roost. Millions of fans from those first four efforts are outright emabarassed at what LIVE turned into. Ed turned this band from a relevant and hard hitting band into an utter fucking joke in the eyes of MILLIONS. So the very few like you and Nick who still think he was gods gift to LIVE? You are outnumbered so badly it's atrocious. You are actually probably the 1 percent that feel the way you do.

So you either fuck off and go follow that ass clown, or you shut your useless cake eater and wait to pass judgment until you actually hear the new music. Then and only then, should you intelligently choose to leave due to your dislike of the music. And do it maturely like a grown adult would, instead of whining like a 4 year old who isn't getting what he wants. For like a 4 year old is precisely what you go on like.
