Ed, if LIVE puts out a new album and does an extensive tour, I'd propose to pass the hat around for a collection to get your ass over here. I'd certainly contribute. Who knows, maybe the band might promote something for long distance diehards like yourself. There's plenty of couches here to crash on for sure. Anyway, back to the topic - got the album a few days ago - listened to it a few times. The 'old' songs sound good, but I prefer the original/s.

The new material is good, but not my cup of tea if I'm honest. I liked Candlebox's first album a lot and bits and pieces from the rest of the albums - but I'm not feeling this one.

Maybe with more listens it will grow on me, but it sounds sometimes that it's trying too hard to be 'liked' if that makes any sense?

Anyway, good effort none the less. Will give it a few more listens. Pick it up if you can, it's a lot nicer than most other shit out there.

Im a little bummed they arent coming to Columbus on this tour, but they are coming to Cincinnati (2 hours south of me) and Im going to try to make the Flint show on the 12th (which is 4 and a half hours north)... crazy, but those are my only options! I cant make Cleveland.
