I actually heard this live when they performed it. 89X is a Windsor / Detroit station.

I just ordered the DVD, so expect to have it here by the end of the week. I will rip it to .wav files and place the Flanders Expo, Ghent 12-9-99 looking for a home, on the tail end of the second disk. I will add a few singles and such, including the Overcome CD I just purchased lol.gif

Hey, welcome to the board smile.gif

I actually made some edited artwork for a DVD-rip of Paradiso which can still be downloaded from here. The whole show actually fits on a single 80-min CD-R if you simply cut the first 50-60 seconds of crowd noise from the beginning of Simple Creed.

I will look through my stuff and sure I can find something cool that I can load up for my pepes here. I will look for something that is OOP, so as to be respectful of those who make/create/distribute the music we all love thumbsup.gif

If you happen to have anything from the list below, would be very much appreciated if you could share. I'm getting close now to completing the Live Rarities Collection project but still need help obtaining a copy of these tracks:

Christ! You have the mp3's of those? There are a lot of mp3's i don't have.
If someone get the change to upload the radio edits of Run to the Water, Lakini's Juice and Freaks i will be very happy.

Or you can just try to get the flacs and i can convert it to mp3 banana.gif

Another question: does someone have a good and simple (as i don't know much about computers) FLAC to MP3 converter? thanks.

I recommend using Trader's Little Helper. http://tlh.easytree.org/
I use it to encode WAV to FLAC but it can be used to encode FLAC to MP3.

To do this, follow these steps.

1. Click the "Format" menu item and ensure "Convert Encoding Format" has a "tick" next to it.
2. Click the "Add" button and select your FLAC files.
3. Select MP3 from the "Target Format" drop down list.
4. Set the "Encoding Mode" and "Quality" values. If you want the best quality, I recommend using CBR and 320 kbps.
5. Press the "Convert" button.

It would be nice if you could share the MP3's of Wings and Mirror Song from the paradiso concert!!

And welcome to this board, this is not really the right topic to introduce yourself, but it's ok for me.

I really thought you were from Afganistan, but i don't think Live has some fans over there.

Again, welcome to this board. And feel free to share music if you think you have got something.

AOM.

OK.... haven't checked in for a while, as been EXTREMELY busy with a motor build for my car and going racing today to test her out happy.gif

I have just now burned the Paradiso show onto CD and thank you to dangum first and foremost. Hooked me up with the Overcome files after I purchased the CD single, but before it arrived to my home! Good thing too, as the single varied from the one advertised and lacked the Simple Creed (acoustic) version (also fixed some account info for me!). BUT..... I was sent Radiant Sea CD (possibly as a "make up" for the change in Overcome single) and now have another CD of tunz victory.gif Secondly, I would like to thank whomever made/linked the CD artwork for the 17 tracks of Paradiso show in a CD form. I cannot find the person or link, but thanks lol.gif

Ridley.... sorry, I don't have any of the tracks you seek sad.gif I am not as "completest" as most of you, when it comes to Live. I am, however, when it comes to Killing Joke, Gary Moore and a few others here and there.

AllOverMe... I am not overly excited to distribute music available via purchase of a commercial item, but will make an exception here, due to the help I have received. This is certainly nothing personal against anyone here, just believe in supporting the artists/labels whenever possible. After all, if they don't get paid, we don't hear the music sad.gif

Will look to find time later today to package stuff up and cast it out onto the inerwebz lol.gif

OK... uploading these two songs, but assume you want to edit them into your CD version. I one-tracked a .wav file from the DVD, so have a single file that is the entire show of just over 80 minutes. I found both Mirror song and Wings and left a bit of each song on each side and made a single file. If you are familiar with editing .wav files, this will be easy and allow a seamless addition of these songs without missing any chatter/intro/explanation from Ed.

I will come back with the link when it is done in a few minutes thumbsup.gif

OK ***HERE*** it is

Thank you very much.
For me its not necessary to make my own cd. I've already have the CD and DVD. I'm very happy with those two songs. I will put them on my Ipod and add them to the Live at the Paradiso folder on my pc as bonus tracks. Thanks a lot for putting your work into this. Keep up the good work. thumbsup.gif

Me again (sorry)
I wanted to edit the file (cut the ending of the river and Ed's talking).
But it seems the program i have can't edit FLAC files.
If you have got the time, could you please seperate Mirror Song and Wings (Without unimportant talking).

Thanks a lot for everything you have done already.

Just convert it to a .wav file and should be able to edit that, right?

yes, use the FLAC frontend to decode the FLAC file to a wav, which is ideal for editing. FLAC is a lossless codec. Think of it as a playable *.zip file. It's always best to edit an uncompressed lossless stream.
