I agree with you a bit. But i don't agree with you that it is impossible to stay on topic. It was a thread about EK. It grew out into a massive battle area.

To go a bit off topic, is no problem. But 10 pages about Nickelback, Chris Shinn vs Ed Kowalczyk and FOL aliases is a bit too much.

Dan you've got to contribute some of that to the initial post. I think this thread is insane too, but it didn't exactly start out on a positive note.

Now the sick puppies rift was born out of a meeting them and giving a shout out to them from the stage. I remember Memphis posting on Fb saying the singer blew them off after a show meet n greet as musicians.....something to that effect. Nothing came of it other than the SP singer being called out for being a douchebag and ignoring people.

What is wrong with everyone? Why does every thread relating to Ed turn to shit?

This thread was started to discuss the upcoming tour date in Three Forks, Montana and once again it turns into:

• Ed vs Live
• Nickelback (?!)
• What Kevin Martin [might] say
• Ed's percieved overuse of Live's tracks in his solo shows
• Use of secondary FansOfLive forum accounts
• Ed vs Chris Shinn

All topics that have been discussed to death and already have threads dedicated to their discussion.

These tour threads should be used for people who are interested in going to the show to discuss the venue, pre-show meetups, accommodation, ticket availability etc. Once the concert is over it's then people can use the thread to post reviews, pics, setlists etc. So far we've got 10 pages of crap full of posted by people who aren't interested in the show and probably aren't even going to attend.

So in conclusion, if you've got nothing to say on the topic at hand then don't post here. Find another thread or start your own.

I must follow this up and agree. Not sure if this little rant should be in this thread, but it's not a "trolling F U nick post"

What happened to ignoring Nick? blocking him? I was TOLD I should block him/why haven't I blocked him yet/don't respond to him. I didn't block him and did respond since that time here and there. Yet my responses (quality/quantity) to him is nothing to the shit being thrown again by the ones that came up/supported the block.

I may not have ever posted as much as some of the regulars from the start ( I read everything though) but I see I post so much less these days. Cause, it's just boring now, this whole feud.

Each day I just feel less and less of any sort of emotion to anything Nick says, cause we are not on the same page, and never will. And I feel that genuinely, for I less and less burst out at his comments no matter how silly.
All the same, I don' care for the responses to him, cause for as much as they are very well written by some very articulate people which I agree with, it is still just the same shit over and over. And you will keep going in circles.
