I know that there are a lot of bad feelings in the Live community, but how would people feel if the original members of Live reunited in 2014 for some Throwing Copper anniversary shows(if Ed and CCP could mend fences enough for it to happen)?

I think there are many positives if it were to happen:

-I think the tour would be very successful. Very few bands can reunite with their entire original lineups in tact after 20 years time, and Throwing Copper was a massive success for Live. It would be a nostalgia tour for sure, but so is Summerland.

-Live could even re-record some Throwing Copper b-sides for the tour, as an EP to coincide with it. A proper studio recording of Hold Me Up is huge want for many long-time Live fans, and this would give us the opportunity for Live to record old music, that is new at the same time.

-Ed could still continue on his solo career, and CCP can still create new music with Shinn(just by tweaking the name of the band-Live After, After Live, etc). CCP would also still have TGF as an outlet to create new music.

-Chad Taylor seemed unsure of the future of Live in his most recent interview, so maybe a brief reunion with Ed is possible?

-The shows could restart Live, or just be a fitting end to cap their career. I just think it is an option that should be explored.
