Yes he did rip Nickelback....im pretty sure he did this recently at a show. In the context of corporate rock sellout, garbage music after one good record. and how his band got the major shaft by the suits. HE calls a spade a spade.

Ripping a much more successful act like Nickelback just makes Kevin Martin look like he has sour grapes.

The reason the suites stopped backing Candlebox was that they didn't sell albums after their first album. They were finished long before Nickelback came on the scene.

Seriously, fuck off. Just because someone rips on someone else more successful than them does not equal spur grapes, perhaps to you because you can't think if anything other than in terms of money. But it's a well known fact that Nickelback are ripped on by a huge number of people or being over achieving and just shit, why does that make it any different for KM? He's a person like the rest of us and can have an opinion if he wants without little dick faces like you having to insert YOUR opinion based on NOTHING as to why he says what he says seriously, show me some hard evidence that anything negative KM said about Nickelback is motivated by jealousy or fuck off with your antiquated bullshit view of music. I've sPent the last few days at a music festival that is seriously focused on amazing musicianship and the love of music, so many tiny unknown acts absolutely killing it and it just makes me think - fuck your view of music.
