I know that they don't have huge backing financially (they're doing this all on their own, right? I'm assuming new Live is using the same record company that TGF used, which is really just them, right?) so I would LOVE 2 cd's, but I think 12 songs is more likely. As long as it's not 10. I don't know when 10 songs, 35 minutes became an acceptable cd length. It's not. I'd love 14 or 15 songs, at least 3 of them old, unreleased - that would be satisfactory
As far as the royalties go... I have no idea how much $ has to be paid per song/per cd sold, but it can't be too terrible much - especially since I doubt this will be a cd that goes platinum (not being pessimistic, just trying to be real about it). Though it would be cool if, after a slow simmer for a year or so, it just took off and became apeshit popular. (because I want the guys to feel like they should keep doing what makes them happy, and it would be really nice to have some people eat crow...)
