The Holiday Gift Get Psyched Thread, Excitement and speculation Options

The time of the holiday gift promised by CT is nearly upon us. This is the place where we talk and speculate and circle jerk about how awesome it is going to be. I can't recall when the gift was sent out last year, but it should be soon right?

Anyone want to try and pull some specifics out of him or the other guys at a show?

What we know is that it will be from the Secret Samadhi era, which is where last year's gift came from as well. More material from the same session maybe? I hope so, as those songs had a really unique vibe.

I'm guessing this will be our fault and we're not patient enough. The unfulfilled promises are stacking up and will soon drive a wedge between the band and their fans. I get that they have a lot on their plate right now but hire a part time publicity manager. Most of this shit would've been nipped in the butt before it was announced. Temper expectations and be realistic before spouting off on the interwebs about what's "coming soon".

Look, everyone should just settle down and enjoy their TGF EP that was released earlier this fall, the wonderful TGF tour dates we just experienced and listen to the Churchbox sessions that we received last Christmas and stop wondering who this new lead singer is that we have been hearing about for months.

And all those friends that we went out and anxiously enlisted to subscribe to the new website for the band back on August 2nd will just have to remain as excited as they were 3 and a half months ago when we told them to go there and sign up. They should keep checking back every day because soon there will be an actual website there.

You guys are just too anxious. You don't realize that we are about to be served a 5 course meal and that's why it doesn't matter if the band spews bullshit promises like they are fertilizing a feed corn field of a Texas sized cattle ranch. We can all trust with full, absolute faith in the fullfilment of all Live's promises just as we always have been able to in the past.

Sorry - I just had to get that off my chest.
