I mean really. Its CCP with a different singer, throw an extra guitar player in there too. New Live is going to be CCP and a new singer. Is it just going to be the fact that the new singer is going to sing old songs?

Can I be expected to believe that CCP's music with New Live will somehow differ from CCP's music in TGF?

What's the difference going to be, really?

I suppose only time will tell.

First off, having a different singer can make a HUGE difference in how the songs are going to project and how they'll come across. I know this from personal experience.

Secondly, can you sit there with a straight face and say that there aren't any differences between TGF's album and Secret Samadhi or between TGF's album and Throwing Copper?

TGF is somewhat of a throwback band. "New Live" is apparently going to be a continuation from where "Old Live" left off before it got sidetracked and lost down the other side of a black mountain somewhere.

Again, not saying that Live and TGF are not different. But you are also talking music they wrote 10-15 years ago vs. music they are writing today, there isn't really a comparison.

My curiosity is how the music of TGF and the music of New Live, both written in the present, will differ.
