Live In Germany 1995 VHS, Rare VHS I have had for years Options

Sorry if someone has already taken this and uploaded it. I searched the board and couldn't find anything about it. I bought this VHS in 1995 out of some weird catalog. I just recently found it again a couple years ago. I have no means of uploading it, or if it's even possible. I haven't watched it in probably a good 10 years since I haven't owned a VHS player in a long long time. I would however be willing to lend it to someone who has the means and would be willing to upload it in a DVD format. Obviously it's quite the little prize possession I have so I really need to have the original copy back.

Like I said it's been awhile, but I remember it being a pretty solid concert tape. But then again we didn't have much to compare it to back in the late 90's.
