Howzit... Long time lurker (actually since the 'hiatus'...) and enjoying your posts a lot. Would like your opinion...at the time of Live at the Paradiso, was the magic gone already? Or only later? I saw Live 'live' on 15 and 16 June 2000, and each gig thereafter in Johannesburg...but I really think Live at the Paradiso captured the energy...unless they (ed?) were acting?

This might have been asked when Paradiso was released but:

1) Why are there songs not on the CD that are on the DVD?
2) Are there songs that were performed that weren't on either?

I thought Paradiso had some great moments and some moments where you go do the dishes or something (Wings).

I wish they started the show with something else. If you take the top 16 songs they have I don't think you would find Simple Creed anywhere close. I know it is a faster song and all that but play Stage or something.

Disagree 100%. I've seen them plenty of times but the 2 best openers were the TC tour and the SS tour. Dam at Otter Creek was a killer opener, and Rattlesnake was another killer opener.

Dam at Otter Creek is a good opener. Not a huge fan of starting out with Rattlesnake. I just don't think it offers the punch in your face that you need to open a show.

The last show I saw Live perform they opened up with SC and it got everyone's attention, even those who were not there to see Live.
