Chad Taylor : TGF will take off after these shows until the fall. The CBOX boys will be touring and CG, PD and I will be enjoying our first true summer off in over 15 years - I will be producing a few records and will most likely join my brother for a mini-tour or some shows.Friday at 10:03am

With Cb touring, theyre taking summer off. Hope to see a fall tour announced.

There was the German interview posted here a few weeks ago where Kevin was saying that Candlebox is all about EP's and playing weeked shows here or there while TGF is the main focus (if anybody wants to link it that would be great).

What scares me is the 180 from that statement with this announcement that they are taking the summer off and Kevin will be with Candlebox. It totally contradicts what they were saying.

Also, playing outdoor venues during the summer is a great way to introduce your music to new people. Way better than playng small clubs in the winter (in my opinion).

Also, if they are planning on getting out there this fall they would have to be working on an album (which seems unlikely). The fall stuff would also kill the idea of Live getting back together and ending the 2 year hiatus.

The ones that are listed are all weekend shows, mostly Saturday and Sundays, with a few Fridays thrown in mostly in July.
