I feel that he didn't even deserve to be killed, that was the easy way out for him The man should have had to suffer for a long time. The bigger problem lies in the fact that with him dead, someone even more tyrannical will step up and use his death to make him a martyr and further rally the terrorism.

That would have been preferred. On the flip side though he could have gained publicity for his cause with drawn out coverage for years in prison.
