Chad Taylor's demo tracks, July 2009 Options

While we're waiting for the elusive Live b-sides that were promised and the new The Gracious Few EP, I have have for you some instrumental demo tracks might help fill the void.

These tracks were obtained from a unprotected folder on the carsonslovak.com web site. If you remember a couple of years back, Chad Taylor released a couple of podcasts and they were hosted on the aforementioned server. Digging a little deeper through the site revealed a folder containing some demo tracks that were presumably Chad's contribution to The Gracious Few project.

There were 9 tracks in the folder and I will be uploading one every couple of days.

Track #1 - you'll recognize it as the riff from Believe/Honest Man
Track #2 - Guitar track for The Few

Track #5 - you'll notice the first 30 seconds from a TGF video that was posted last year
Track #6 - guitars + click track
Track #7 - short track
Track #8 - The Great Destroyer
Track #9 - a more complete track with drums, bass, guitar and other instruments.

Thanks for sharing these, Dan. Some of these have great potential. Inject a bombastic dual guitar chorus to The Great Destroyer and you've got a monster tune. Man, I sure hope these boys stick together and create more music. TGF has only whetted my appetite and I'm starving for more.
