I've never been involved in a lawsuit, nor have I witnessed the trial for one before. Will Ed have to wear an orange jumpsuit and shackles for the duration of the trial? To me, it seems like a real possibility, but I honestly don't know. What do you guys think the odds are on that? 5 to 1? I don't know.

A license from the state doesn't establish all knowledge of the law, it's just the state's permission to practice it. I'm knowledgeable, to a point and have experience with law and court but no I am not a lawyer.

I'm also not a plumber but I can install a new faucet.
I'm also not HVAC certified but can install a new thermostat

A brilliant guy such as yourself should know that 'the state' isn't the greatest at assessing one's knowledge in any field.
