I was thinking of posting about the meaning of this song, and am sad that my search turned up this thread!

Yes, (on the surface) it is about a blow job, but it is really about the struggle of seeing that loving look in the eyes of the "blower" and knowing:

1) that you don't share those loving feelings
2) that you enjoy stringing someone along
3) that anything you do will be mistaken for love by that person
4) that you have a lot of issues dealing with women

In my opinion, this is one of the best songs ever written...
