I'm with ya on this OTD. Nothing but TGF for me. I'm very leery of a reunion this early. Is there any proof that Ed has changed, that he's even concilliatory? Are we guaranteed that CCP will have control, will be able to songwrite? I want to know what all the hardcore, vocal TGF fans think about this. You know who you are-not any of the fence riding bandwagoners on this board. The hardcore TGF'ers who went to the shows, bought gear, spread the word. My concern is that a reunion so early, kills the passion and hunger that showed prominently on the TGF debut album. I also believe jumping back and forth from one project to another can create two mediocre projects. I know all the Ed lovers will disagree. Just ask yourself why all the Ed lovers are clamoring for the reunion. Because Ed is done! Ed needs this reunion way more than than CCP. What is Ed going to do-put out Alive II? I will repeat, Ed needs this reunion way more than CCP! TGF's star is rising and I want to ride that wave till it crashes. Look, TGF gave me back my youth. I'm way to old to get it back again. My theory is the reunion should hold off as long as the duration of crappy music Ed wrote for Live-say 10 years?

Just ask yourself why all the Ed lovers are clamoring for the reunion. Because Ed is done! Ed needs this reunion way more than than CCP.

If I heard correctly, Chad is the one who will approach Ed concerning Live in July. If I heard the Rockline interview correctly, The Gracious Few lost their money guarantees on this last tour and had to support a 10 men crew on the road.

I personally believe CCP need Ed more than they would like to admit.

Why? Gracey is independently wealthy with his other company, right? Aren't they all pretty well off from touring for 20 years? I don't think they need him to get some steam in the music industry as we've seen TGF up on the charts somewhat. And my opinion is they don't need Ed in order for CCP to be part of some decent songs either.
