Wow, I can't believe the Masquerade is nice now. I spent many an evening sweating my a$$ off in that nasty place.

A friend went the show and sent me this quick review:

I loved the show, man they were awesome! They moved up the acoustic set a little to catch the break in the GWAR show (good move) and they played a few blues songs and an Honest Man version. Then it was back to sweet and heavy rock. I was really impressed with Chad Taylor, he really put on a great show. He and Sean Hennesy really complemented each other the whole night. Disappointed in the crowd of 150 max, but oh well, its everyone else's loss. The location actually worked well and the mix was nice. As a long time Candlebox fan, Kevin Martin was great as always. Hopefully they can continue to gain a fan base as this is just plain old great rock music.

He also mentioned that they put a popup tent over the sound board to keep the GWAR show from leaking through the ceiling onto the soundbard
