TGF's album bombed in Benelux(despite being signed to the same label as Ed) and was outsold by Alive in the US. Game over.

TGF was released 10 days ago while Alive some months ago. Gave over. Do not jump to conclusions with such ease. What happens if TGF sells millions in the next months? And who cares anyway. Did anybody in this thread compare TGF with Alive? Why do you do so?

Yes Funky compared TGF to Ed in his first post in this topic.

If TGF had outsold or charted higher than Alive, the gloating on this board would have been unbearable. The fact that Alive beat it on every chart, and that TGF's reviews by media were mixed at best, has left TGF fans with little to gloat about.

The fact that it is a fantastic album with a lot of great songs would be all that anyone would need to gloat.

I played the album for some people at a tailgate party last week and it got a thumbs up from everyone.
