Bold Prediction, Lives Future Options

I'm going to make a bold prediction and I'm sorry if people don't agree but give your thoughts anyway.
After listening to SFBM a few times (loving it) I couldn't help but to compare it to DOAD and MJ.
So then I started to think that Live are actually starting all over again, meaning perhaps there next album is going to be- no not TC 2- but back to the solid guitars and good old fashioned rock,
we heard this in BOP so it's definately there.- Thoughts?

I have a bad, bad feeling that this could be their swansong, and perhaps Ed going solo. If they release another album like SFBM, then it might be for the best. Sorry.

I don't think it will be their last. I know they have it in em for another GREAT album. I listened to the album last night on my ipod, and a few more songs have grown on me. I REALLY like "Where Do We Go From Here?", "All I Need" has even grown on me a bit, as has "Home", which isn't nearly as bad as everyone says, once you get over the lyrics its quite good...but, "You Are Not Alone" is a truly embarrasssing song, I could handle the mommas in "Show" but the oooh childs I can not.. Ick. Not too fond of "Love Shines" either. In fact, if the take out those 2 songs its not so bad. A decent 10 song album.

Where Do We Go From Here?

Thats how I would do it. End on "Where Do We Go From Here?", because that is a very good question for this band at the moment, down the road of radio frindly crap, or greatness.

What's wrong with him saying "momma" and "oh child"? Hell, sometimes he says "Oh Lawd". Why "ick"? Hello he has always said things like that. It's not anything new. Personally, I find it sexy when he says "momma". And you know what, I appreciate the fact that even though he's singing rock he's still putting a little black flavor in the song. You see, when he does that he's trying to put some soul into the song.
But i guess you are one of those who would prefer if those two genres, soul and rock are segregated. Oh well

Pardon me? Listen, I actually really like the new album, and if I thought Ed throwing in "momma" and what not sounded like it belonged I would be cool with it, and as it is, I am pretty cool with it, but sometimes it just doesn't seem to fit. Thats all. I have no problem with blending musical genres. I love the gospel feel to some of these songs. So please, do not call me "one of those people"
