I know it hasn't been out long, but has anyone figured out the TAB for Honest Man. This song just keeps growing on me. I love to play guitar... I suck... but I certainly like to pretend. I'm even worse at figuring out how to play songs on my own, so I need to rely on others who are a lot more skilled than I .

Interesting. I'm like Chris, I have no real ability to figure out songs on my own, so I usually work off of tabs or at least someone mentioning the chords. I have, on occasion, been able to figure out a song on my own though.

With that out of the way, Honest Man began as "Believe", as a +Live+ song did it not? If so, it's odd in my opinion that it'd be drop-D. I can't think of any other Live song that was drop-D, detuned half a step, yes.

Not saying you're wrong, but rather, that I think it's unusual guitar work for what was a Live song.

To be really really exact, Lakini's Juice is in Open D tuning, then down a half step.

As for Honest Man, it is in fact in Drop D tuning, down half a step. Opening riff would be:

Ab|----3-5--------------------------------------|
Db|-0------0--5--3-----------------------------|

The fourth time in the riff, there is this fill:

Ab|----3-5-----8-8-8-8-------------------------|
Db|-0-------0-----------------------------------|

The chorus riff looks like this:

Db|----5-7---5-7---5-7----3--3---------------------------|
Ab|----3-5---3-5---3-5----3--3---------------------------|
Db|-0------0-----0------0--3--3---------------------------|

Db|----5-7---5-7---5-7----6--5--3-------------------------|
Ab|----3-5---3-5---3-5----6--5--3-------------------------|
Db|-0------0-----0------0--6--5--3-------------------------|

Hope this helps. I haven't tried out the bridge section or solo yet, but this should be a good start. The tab does not reflect the timing of the song in any way.

Also, I wrote this post without a guitar with me, so if there are a few errors in there, then it is just a bit of memory failure.
