‎(Ed K.) The special edition DVD movie included with "Alive" in Europe is now available as a digital download on my website! Also, the two bonus tracks are available individually as downloads (click on "Alive" CD). :-) $14.99
So this confirms it for me. I have to assume this was planned all along. The bonus tracks are a total money grab because I can order the CD again, get the tracks, some interviews, and the Grace video if I purchase the album again and add $5 plus shipping.

This should have been availible when the album was up for presale. BS Ed - total BS!

If you have previously purchased the Alive CD from the Official EK Online Store, follow these instructions to download your two free bonus tracks: Go to the Online Store and click on the "Manage Your Account" link at the bottom of the store page. Then login to your store account and download the songs in the File Downloads section. If you do not have your login info you can request a new password on the account login page.

Ya, cause I still can't get the interviews withouth purcchasing the whole thing and if you bought the CD from anywhere else you are screwed still.

This offer is applicable to anybody, anywhere. It doesn't matter where you bought the CD from. In fact, even if you didn't buy the CD you can still purchase this package for the same price.
