On the Road forum Options

Hey everybody.

Just wanted to get your opinion on something. Nick has suggested that "On the Road" forum be closed (it will be read-only, no posting) and that all tour dates/reviews be added to the respective TGF or Ed forums instead.

Would you guys be happy if I implemented this change?

I think once both bands are touring properly, it might clutter up their respective forums. I'd be more for creating a sub forum for each within On The Road, so everything stays tidy.

This is my thinking too, considering both bands touring will probably pick up soon there might just be an overload of posts in those forums each with maybe only a couple of replys depending who is even going to those shows.

Also it seems that for the most part the fighting and bickering has stayed furthest away from the on the road forum. Bringing tour posts that have to do purely with info on the show and start times and all that kind of thing into the already established war zones might just end up encouraging people (no fingers pointed, I'm guilty too) to continue arguments in there as well.
