Damn, it sucks having to sell your house (unless you're moving to a nicer house, then it still sucks, only slightly less). I don't wish that on anyone. People disengage their brains when they look at used houses. I hope to never have to sell my home again, though I know that is unlikely to happen. It's a brutally awful feeling having to vacate your house for an hour while some morons piss and moan about how they can't get over the paint color, or how the couches look in a particular room.

Moving my rant to another subject, to hell with the down economy. I'd have jumped all over that property with some price haggling despite it being SoCal.
