Really nice home, it would be a shame he'd have to sell it for obvious reasons.....but me thinks the local economy and situation in California is not all that healthy for real estate taxes and cost of living.

Indeed, but taxes and COL aside, now is not the time to sell a home..

the house has been on the market for almost 6 months already- and the price has been dropped once- and its valued at half of what its listed at...

uh oh! Looks like someone is gearing up to free up some money!

Didn't Ed move here in 2002? Because of 9/11?

I remember seeing his Hollywood home of the late 90s pimped on Entertainment Tonight or some such show.
It's interest to me that I recall a figure of over $2,000,000 as the asking price for that one, but he had to take $1.8 mill.
Truly he does not seem to know when to sell.
