Well there's a DVD of the MTV Unplugged concert. I'm not sure about the other two recordings...

I think I've found a photo of the cover. Unfortunately, it's very small. It's actually +Ed+'s avatar from the WhereFreaksTalk.com forum, so you might want to ask him where it came from.
