Sittin on the beach.... well pretty close to it. sittin on a balcony at the Gold Coast actually. Thought I'd listen to sparkle on the Ipod and ended up listening to the whole album. Which got me to thinking - this is an awesome recording. This is the band at its best. Well written, well produced. The drumming wants me to take up drumming and Chad Taylor makes me want to take up guitar. Spose I'm going on - a bit influenced by alcohol right now but what if all of this energy had of been put in to SFBM? Like a lot of people I couldn't really get into SFBM. Somehow I wished they would have spent more than two weeks making this album. I know Ed was proud of this fact but in the end ther lack of attention to detail showed in the result. Anyway, back to THTH, still love it, still enjoy it, still waiting for something just as good to come along..........

I think that TDTH has really fantastic art and art design, maybe the best of any Live album (though TC is a close second because of how well it matches the material). I think its art is wonderfully intricate.

Really glad someone mentioned this, I totally agree. I still buy cd's because I know that the artwork and inlay can really compliment the feel of an album, and for me there is none better than that of TDTH. I'm at uni now, and it's the only cd I have with me. I just have it because I really treasure looking through that booklet, it's inspiring.
