this whole break up thing...TGF vs EK Options

1st off...if TGF or ED thinks I am going to take sides and choose one or the other ...they r Fking crazy....this is the best thing that could have happened to this band and as a fan of the "whole" band..I am not going to choose sides...I am going to enjoy the 2(bands) going at each other for how ever long it lasts, and I say "they will bring us some great music"...listen to what we have heard so far....awesome..sorry guys...now lets buy some tickets!

Yeah, it's obviously not a black-and-white kind of thing. I know it mighthave been easier just going along with Ed, but an album cycle is like a good 3-4 years of your life. If they weren't happy with the material then JESUS that must have been agony.

It is hard to explain, but as a guy who has been in and around a lot of bands, the whole situation makes sense. It is a really different culture for musicians and bands.

I think for CT, CG, and PD it just became a job for awhile. This happens to a lot of musicians as they get older. It is a difficult and draining industry, and having a career dependent on creativity and performance is pretty demanding.

Usually they older musicians don't turn it back on ever, but it seems like the guys wanted to so good for them.
