Ed Kowalczyk posted the release dates for his new album "Alive" through email:

July 6th - North America (Soul Whisper Records/Sony RED Distribution)
June 25th - Europe (V2 Records)
July 2nd - Australia/New Zealand (Sony Music)
Summer 2010 - South Africa (date soon to be announced/Just Music)

"Grace" will impact radio May/June. In the US it will go for adds in the following formats(Alternative, Christian, Active Rock, Mainstream Rock)

Um, isn't it just reporting what was already said by the other members of the band on their Facebook and Twatter accounts? When do they file the lawsuit if they actually have something to complain about? Because they could have definitely filed by now if something illegal had happened.

They are going to file their lawsuit as soon as they pass 15,000 fans on Facebook.

It's a pretty interesting coincidence though ay? THREE songs in a row with the same titles as songs by one of his biggest influences?

Not to mention "Everlasting Love"...

Pearl Jam's last album had song titles already used by The Doors (The End), Coldplay (Speed of Sound) and Oasis (Supersonic AND Force of Nature).

After 60 odd years of rock and roll, have we finally "run out" out song titles?!
