It may actually be true that the majority of Live's current fans don't think the newer albums were complete shit.

Know why that is though? BECAUSE SO MANY FANS LEFT.

The evidence of the sucktitude is affirmed by the continued drop in album sales as even the dedicated fans quit caring. Album sales cannot be argued with.

I don't know who all here was a part of the internet Live community leading up the TDTH years, but it was 100 times more active and quite large. When V came out interest began to wane, and only got worse with the subsequent releases.

Do some people like the newer albums? Sure. But Live lost a lot of fans through V and BoP, which is when the majority of fans saw their music declining.

To argue with that would just be complete ignorance of the situation.

Poor album sales have NOTHING to do with the quality of the music! Its all about the marketing, Live were horribly marketed over the past few albums and were not given a fair go for songs like Heaven, The River and Mystery to be HUGE hits. Seriously, if they were marketed properly then Obama would probably have lobbied to have the national anthem changed to The River.
